Products imported and distributed by Orange Road Audio are fully supported in New Zealand by a manufacturer-backed warranty for the original owner when purchased from an authorised New Zealand retailer.  Warranty terms and lengths vary by manufacturer from 1 to 5 years. Damage due to accident, improper care or use, negligence, and normal wear, are not covered by warranty.  Damage incurred during the return shipment of an item is also not covered by the warranty. Repairs are performed in New Zealand using new replacement parts sourced from the original manufacturer.
